When I started capoeira, I had a classic corporate lifestyle. Work from 9 to 5, I sat all day in front of the computer or was in meetings. At the end of the working day, I felt without energy, tired and not infrequently tired. My sleep was interrupted and I often slept less than 5 hours a day. I didn't worry about nutrition.
